How can it be free?

The “Free Tour” model is fundamentally based on not charging for a ticket in advance, unlike the traditional model. It is free because you won’t pay anything to participate in the tour; instead, at the end of the experience, you will voluntarily pay the amount you consider appropriate directly to the guide based on your experience.
This is our profession, and we always strive to do our best. We view the free tour model as a fairer and more democratized way to offer tourism services.

Do I need to book my Free Tour?

We strongly encourage you to do so. Booking allows us to have a realistic estimate of attendance in advance, which helps us organize the groups correctly.

We prefer not to have overcrowded groups so we can maintain a proper balance and ensure everyone enjoys the visit. We love it when you participate with questions and help us create a close, energetic connection with our guests.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving a little bit early to account for any unexpected delays. Arriving 5–10 minutes before the tour is perfect. This gives you time to introduce yourself to the guide and show them your reservation. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

What is the maximum group size?

We always strive to maintain a comfortable balance. Generally, our groups do not exceed 20 people. This is why booking in advance is so important—it allows us to track attendance and coordinate enough guides to ensure your visit is a memorable highlight of your trip.

We are a group (family, school, etc.) and want a private tour. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Simply get in touch with us via our contact form, and we will tailor the experience to meet your specific needs and requirements.

What will we visit on the Logroño Free Tour?

First and foremost, please note that this is an outdoor guided tour. We will not be entering the interior of monuments or buildings.

The route focuses on the city’s Old Town—the historic heart of Logroño, where the most significant monuments are located. Practically everything you are looking for can be found in this part of the city. Additionally, you will discover which other nearby spots are worth visiting during your stay.

Don’t hesitate to ask your guide for extra tips or information to round out your visit. We will be more than happy to help you!

Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

Our guides are always ready to find solutions to make the tour possible while ensuring a great experience for the entire group.

While it is true that there are some architectural barriers that can be tricky to navigate—mainly due to the terrain, cobblestone streets, or occasional steps—we can work around them to ensure you enjoy the tour. 🙂
